Terms of service

By downloading, installing, or using PrayFr, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

You must be at least 13 years old to use PrayFr. If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and consented to these terms on your behalf.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at byiringiroetienne2@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

PrayFr offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions. Full terms are described in our Subscription Terms.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any backend system or database
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the service
• Use PrayFr to harass, harm, or deceive other users
• Use the AI chat to generate content that is hateful, abusive, or illegal

PrayFr uses AI to generate scripture-rooted prayers and responses. This content is provided as spiritual guidance and reflection only. It is not a substitute for the advice of clergy, counselors, or your own prayerful discernment. We do not guarantee the theological accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.

PrayFr, its design, code, and original content are the intellectual property of Ishimwe Etienne. The King James Version (KJV) and World English Bible (WEB) translations used in the app are in the public domain.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from PrayFr without written permission.

PrayFr is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ishimwe Etienne shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ishimwe Etienne from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of PrayFr or your violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Warsaw, Poland.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we determine that you have violated these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you in-app of any material changes. Continued use of PrayFr after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
