How do I cancel my subscription?
Open iPhone Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → PrayFr → Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
I'm not getting notifications.
Go to iPhone Settings → Notifications → PrayFr and make sure notifications are enabled. Also check that you haven't turned off notifications inside the PrayFr app under Settings → Notifications.
The app isn't blocking apps.
In v1, PrayFr uses an honor-based prayer timer rather than OS-level blocking. Real app blocking via Apple's Screen Time API is on the roadmap. The current version relies on your intention to pause before scrolling.
How do I change my Bible translation?
In the app, go to Settings → Bible Translation and choose from the available options. KJV and World English Bible are available at launch.
How do I restore my subscription?
Open PrayFr → Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from within the app (Settings → Account → Delete Account) or by submitting a request on our delete account page.
I'm being charged but the app says I'm on the free plan.
First, restore your purchases (Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases). If the issue persists, email us with your Apple ID email and we'll sort it out within 48 hours.
How do I share my streak?
Tap your streak number on the home screen to open the share sheet. You can share as an image or copy the text.
